SkyCap Financial and our affiliates, partners and nominees are in the business of providing various financial services to its customers. This includes originating, underwriting and funding loans to borrowers, with monies that may have been provided to SkyCap Financial from institutional lenders / investors, who contract for SkyCap Financial to provide those services and to administer, manage, and collect payments on those loans on their behalf and to report to them on the status of those financial assets.

Further, when you choose to provide us with access to certain personal information stored by third parties (such as banking aggregation agencies), the information we may receive varies by site/third party and is controlled by that third party.
